Libby Cline Birmingham is a Los Angeles-based photographer specializing in sports, editorial, and commercial photography. She has been a freelance photographer for 10 years with local papers including; Los Angeles Times Community News Group, which includes the Glendale News-Press, Burbank Leader, and the La Canada Valley Sun, The Southern California News Group, contributing to the Los Angeles Daily News, Orange County Register, Pasadena Star-News, San Gabriel Valley Tribune, Long Beach Press Telegram and Daily Breeze.
Libby has been an award winning member of Press Photographers Association of Greater Los Angeles (PPAGLA) since 2010. Libby has covered a range of local sports including CIF High School Sport Championships as well as the Los Angeles Dodgers and UCLA Football. Her skills are not limited to sports, she has covered local news including the Station Fire, a major California wildfire. Recently she has traveled to China where she was able to capture some of the grandeur of the Inner Mongolia Winter Camel Festival. Libby is married to photojournalist Keith Birmingham and resides locally with their cocker spaniel Rusty dog.
